Technical data sheet is a technical document that summarize the specifications of a product for buyers or design engineers.
Data sheets usually have a similar structure and include the following information:

2- Title
3- Manufacturer product code: series, models or part numbers (article numbers) to be a reference for design engineers and buyers.
4- Description: simple description of the product - with focus on for marketing - with mentioning the outstanding specifications, advantages and limitations
5- Product images
- Real product images
- Dimensional drawings
- Pictures of the product installed or in use
6- Product data (Specifications)
- General information:
- Material
- Color
- Dimension
- Weight
- Packaging information
- Warranty period
- Special technical information based on the product.
- Properties
- Functions
- Use and application conditions such as indoor/outdoor application, ceiling/wall/floor/desk mounting, product usage and so on.
- Ambient conditions such as operating & storage temperature, humidity and so on.
- Ingress protection (IP)
- Standards or approvals
- Accessories
- Installation notes (Usually there is a separate document for installation)
- Operation notes (Usually there is a separate document for operation)
