Many small residential areas, especially older houses and apartments, do not have a fire alarm system. Forcing owners or their occupants to install fire alarm systems is difficult and sometimes impossible.
Residential stand-alone fire detectors may not cover all requirement for fire safety according to fire standards, but at least with a reasonable budget residents can have a safer area! The high number of domestic fires, casualties and damages confirm the importance of using fire detectors.
